Our dough is painstakingly made the old fashioned way,
with a slow overnight rise, then a rapid rise the day after.
Our quality hand-made dough is used in our pizzas, calzones,
and all of our other similar dishes.
Such a process is not practical at your home, but here
it has been the family way of doing business for generations.

If you don't tell us otherwise, all of our pizzas are Napolitana pizzas (thin crust pizzas)
which are all made with the same recipe our family has been using for generations. If you like thicker crusts,
just ask for us to make it Siciliana style pizza.
